10 Months Old!!!

Dear Addie-

Ten Months old has came and went way to fast! Right now as I write this, you are almost 11 months old, leaving us with one more month before you become a big "One" year old. Ten months has been the funnest month yet with you. You did so many new and fun things this month that it is hard to keep up with you. You have started walking all over the place holding on to things. You love your fire truck that Grandpa bought you and push it all over the place like such a big girl! You have started to stand up unassisted and even took two steps the other day all by yourself. We are just waiting for you to decide you don't need us anymore and take off on those cute chubby legs of yours!
We moved to our first house a few weeks ago, and after a few days of being there you mastered crawling up all the stairs! You have been talking so much lately and love to say "Uh Oh" about everything you see. We laugh so hard when you wake up in the morning or from naps, because the first thing we hear is "Uh Oh" over and over again. You also have started to say Thank you(daydo), Peekaboo(teekadoo),Mama, Doggie, Duck, Quack and when we ask what a Doggie says you respond with "Ruff Ruff." You love to also imitate anything your hear and have become pretty good at the siren noise of your fire truck or a cop car(this of course makes Daddy very happy). You love to wave hello and bye bye to everyone you see, and when we ask you to give kisses you lean in with those big lips and give us a smacker!! You have become such a cuddler lately and we love it! You love to give us "loves" and hug us whenever we ask, you also give all your stuffed animals big squeezes daily, and it is so cute!
You have also become such a fun little dancer, everytime you hear music you squat down and start to shake your little bum, and in the last few days you have also added a head shake back and forth which cracks us up! You love to play games with us and lately your favorites are peekaboo and throwing your food on the floor(which Mom is not a fan of). You have discovered the wonders of table food, and want nothing to do with your baby food any longer! You also have four teeth on bottom now and four/almost five on top!! We have had so many laughs with you this month and love seeing all the new tricks you can do! We love you girlie!

Traci's Wedding

While we were in St. George, Traci got hitched! What can I say, besides the fact that I was so glad I got to be there and it was so much fun seeing all my girlfriends in one place! The wedding was gorgeous which I wouldn't expect anything less from Trac!

3 Weeks in St. George

We spent 3 whole weeks in St. George, back in June, while I was getting my Lasik done. Bryson only got to spend a few days with us, because he had to be back to work, but Addie and I enjoyed the warm weather by swimming for her very first time! She had so much fun in the Westbrook's pool and loved floating around in the cute pink floaty! We were also able to be there for my Mom's Birthday, and it was fun surprising her with some cute pictures of the Grandkids! Addie was hilarious while we were staying at my parents house. She tore my Mom's front room apart every moring and loved the little car my parents had. She would seriously play with it for hours!!! We had so much fun with everyone, but really missed our Daddy!!! We were happy when he finally joined us down in St. George and got some swimming in with us!

9 Months

Dear Sis-

I cannot believe you are already nine months old and getting older as we speak! You have become your own little person and it's so fun to watch you learn and grow each day. You have started talking up a storm and have added many words to your vocabulary. Some of your favorite things to say include: Dadda, Babba, and Up!!! You have mastered the art of crawling and of pulling yourself up to standing. You have started testing the waters of walking along the furniture and have been getting better each day!
You love playing with all your toys and lately one of your favorites has to be your wooden blocks! Both your Dad and I cringe every time you put them in your mouth and scratch your teeth up against them, just like nails on a chalkboard!!!
You have four teeth so far, and new ones seem to keep popping up everyday making that little smile even cuter!! We feel so lucky to have such a fun little girl in our lives, who loves to enjoy people and all the new things around her! We love you like crazy and crack up every time we hear your little devil laugh!! Can't wait to see what tricks you have up your sleeve next month, We Love You!!!

Addie's Daddy.......

What can I say, besides that fact that Addie has the most amazing Daddy ever!!! Bryson is such a great Dad to our little girl, and she just adores him. Addie has so much fun playing with her Daddy and letting him throw her around, she loves how silly he is with her and so do I! Addie is now saying Da Da all the time and knows what it means now. Everytime she hears or sees her Daddy he is all she can talk about. We just love him so much and wanted to tell him how grateful we are for him. Bryson sure keeps us laughing and we love him for it! Thanks for all you do babe, we love having such a great Daddy and Hubby to take care of us girls!!!! Happy Fathers Day!

Lasik

I have been so out of the blogging world lately! But hopefully in the next few weeks after things calm down a bit here, I can get caught up with all the fun things that have been going on with us! One thing I had to mention, is that I was lucky enough to get Lasik done about 2 weeks ago while I was in St. George!!! I cannot tell you how much I love it!!! I am seeing 20/15 right now, can you believe it! I can't!!! I have been in contacts/glasses since the 6th grade, so it is a whole new world to me!!! No more taking out contacts at night, no more fumbling for my glasses in the morning and no more of Bryson standing right next to me and asking me how many fingers he is holding up and laughing cause I can't even tell!!! (needless to say he is jealous now, cause I have better vision then him!) Anyways, just had to tell everyone how excited I am about it, if you are thinking about getting it done, it is totally worth it!!!!!

8 Months Old

Dear Sissy,

I can't believe you are 8 months old already, I keep telling your Dad how sad I am that you are going to be 1 in four short months! I can't believe how big you are getting and you have become quite the Little Miss Independent these days. Eight months old came and you decided it was time to show us all your new tricks. You started sitting yourself up from being on your belly and then the next day you were pulling yourself up to standing on anything you could balance on! You also started crawling like a pro, the last few weeks and man you are into everything!!!
You still have that magnetic smile that just lights up my day and anyone who comes in contact with you! Anytime I take you out you smile at everyone walking by and they all stop and chat with you cause you brighten up their day! Both your Daddy and I cannot get enough of your infectious laugh and we pretty much will do anything to get you giggling.
You got your first bad cold this month and boy was it sad to watch. It broke my heart seeing you so sick and not wanting to eat or do anything else! You were also teething at the same time and finally got those cute little top front teeth to show themselves! Let's just say it was a fun couple of weeks, and by fun I mean pretty miserable for you and Mom! You have started sleeping every night in the "stink bug" position. You lay on your belly with your knees curled up under you and your cute little bum straight up in the air!
You have also discovered the wonders of the outdoors. You love it when we take you outside and let you play. You still can't decide if you like that prickly green stuff we sit you on, but it doesn't seem to stop you from having a good time.
We still fall more and more in love with you everyday, and love to see the little personality you are developing. We can't wait to watch you take your first steps and discover all the amazing things you can do as such a "big girl". We love you sissy!!!!!
