Newborn Pictures

We did Grayson's newborn pictures when he was about a week old.  Our first attempt did not go so well, I wanted some with the whole family in them and it was a disaster! Addie did not want to cooperate and Grayson was not enjoying the whole being naked thing! Needless to say we got a couple pictures and then I went back a week later and we got the rest done. I really like how they turned out and thanks to Lindsay at I heart photography for being so patient with us!

Two Weeks Old

 Bryson's parents came up the same day my parents left, to help us out with the baby, Addie, and our yard! As you can see we kept pretty busy and Addie was totally exhausted by all the fun!

 Addie just loves being outside and especially likes doing yard work! She was so cute helping Grandma plant flowers and loved helping Grandpa and Daddy with the garden

For some reason these are all the pictures I have of that week, I must have been a bit preoccupied!

First Week Home

My Mom stayed with us the first week we were home with Grayson. It was so nice having her help with the baby and Addie! Bryson had two weeks off as well so Addie definitely loved spending time with her Grandma and Daddy!

 Grayson did a lot of sleeping, eating, pooping...you know the usual

 Addie did a lot of kissing, hugging, smothering.....

 She already has him playing with her dolls, poor boy!

 I love how Rapunzel is the same size as Grayson

 

Addie decided to introduce Grayson to Mickey, she even let him hold him! Big step for Miss A, she is still obsessed with her dear Mickey Mouse!

 Such a sweet boy! He is so calm and laid back, and full of snuggles!

 This is a classic, Addie fell asleep while playing my iphone, both kids slept on Grandma for quite awhile. Do you see why I like having my mom here :)

 Miss Addie has been such a great big sister, she is having so much fun playing mom to her baby brother!

 It was so fun having my parents up here to spend some time with us, Addie loved having them here and was definitely not lacking on attention. Our first week with two kids was pretty great and I already don't know what we ever did without our sweet boy!

Going Home!

 I only stayed one night at the hospital, I was feeling so good that all I wanted to do was get home. I have a hard time sleeping when you have a million people coming in to check on you all through the night!

 Grayson was exhausted by all the attention as well........ :)

My sweet Grandpa came down to visit us our first day home! He just loved holding Grayson and I think Grayson enjoyed it as well! 

* I just realized I didn't get a picture of all of us leaving the hospital :( It was a bit crazy getting out to the car, Addie had just woken up from a nap and had a bit of a meltdown while we were trying to leave!
