I absolutely love our family pictures this year! (can you tell, I uploaded almost every single one)

Addie did pretty well for the most part, she was a little sick of taking pictures by the time we got to her individuals, but Lindsay still managed to get some really cute ones!!! 

So glad to have pictures done and out of the way!

Doctors Appt. #2

Well today I had my second check up for Baby #2

I was a little nervous seeing as that all I have been doing the last 4 weeks is eating!

Which I must say is a far cry from me not being able to eat or keep down anything while I was prego with Addie for the whole 9 mths!

But even though I was super sick and never hungry while prego with Miss A, I still managed to gain 50 pounds that pregnancy!.........

Hence why I was so nervous....do not get me wrong I see nothing wrong with gaining a healthy amount of weight while prego, I actually didn't even keep track at all with Addie but at the end they let me know my total weight gain! 

Anyways, so I have gained 9 pounds since my last visit, which was only 4 weeks ago! hahahha

I was a bit surprised (well not really I can't stop eating)!

I told Bryson how much I gained in just 4 weeks and he just laughed! 

I said what if I keep gaining 9 pounds every 4 weeks and he smiled and said then you will be close to 100 pounds heavier! hahahha

Needless to say I am a bit more motivated to eat healthier the rest of this pregnancy

The down side is nothing sounds good besides french fries, cookies, and peanut butter and jelly(which I normally hate by the way).......................

Well maybe the healthy eating will start tomorrow, I just made a batch of pumpkin cookies and my mouth is watering!!!

I am so late on posting Addison's Birthday, but she had such a fun party this year! We wanted to keep it smaller, so we had a family BBQ and then opened presents and had cake and homemade ice cream and peaches for dessert! Addie was in heaven with all the Mickey and Minnie Mouse decor and had such a fun night!  Thanks to everyone for coming and making it such a special day! 

Our big present to Miss A is that we are taking her to Disneyland in just a few weeks for her first time! We can't wait to see her reaction when she gets to meet Mickey and Minnie in person!

Is going to be a....

Yep that's right we are expecting another little nugget on April 11, 2011!!!!! We could not be more excited! We had our first ultrasound today and it was confirmed that there is a baby in there! Bryson was a bit skeptical, seeing as that I have actually been feeling really well (besides a few rough days and being really tired) so far! Which is definitely a far cry from my horrible 9 mths of pregnancy with Miss A!!!

Here is our little alien at 12 weeks! 

We were laughing so hard cause the baby was flinging his/her arms and legs around like crazy the whole time we were watching (not sure I will laugh as hard when I can actually feel it) but it was cute for now!!!! 

I think this is how Miss A is really going to feel about the new baby as soon as she realizes she has to share the spotlight! hahaha

And one more.......just cause I can't get enough of her!

As we were leaving the ultrasound they gave us pictures to take home.  We were walking down the hall and Addie says "I see baby" so I showed her the pictures, she pointed right at it said "Oh the Baby" and then went on her merry way ( little does she know that little nugget is about to rock her world in a few short months! hahaha)

{ Miss A turns 2}

I can't believe my baby girl is 2 years old today!  We celebrated in style last night with a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse birthday party (pictures to come), and Miss A was in Heaven!  

{A few things about Addison at 2 years old}

01. She is definitely a Daddy's girl right now

02. She still loves Mickey Mouse and Dora

03. She is obsessed with "cute" shoes, namely Boots!

04. When we go shopping she picks out clothes and says "Cute Mom, try it on?"

05. She can count to 14 on her own

06. She can count to 10 in Spanish

07. She knows all her colors (still confuses a few of them)

08.She loves to read and knows a bunch of her books by heart

09. She can carry on a conversation with you and understands everything you say to her

10. She can definitely throw a tantrum if she doesn't get what she wants

11. We have everything ready for potty training and are trying to get her used to the idea

(she does love her Dora Potty, and Hippo step stool we bought her)

12. She is an interesting eater, her favorite foods consist of: Fried Rice, Stir Fry, Tator Tot Casserole, Chicken Nuggets and Fries, Grilled Cheese, Burritos and Pickles!

13. She loves to "Shake her Body" and Dance!

14. She knows everyone's names on both sides of our families and talks about them daily

15. She can say her full name Addison Lynn Westbrook by herself, but gets shy in front of an audience

16. She loves to color

17. She still hates to be dirty, and refuses to play in sand without her socks and shoes on

18. When I get dressed in the morning she will walk in my room, look me up and down and say "Cute Mom!" it's hilarious!

19. She loves Nursery and playing with the "kids" as she calls them
20. She calls Bryson "Babe" and if you ask her if he is her "Babe or her Daddy?" She says "He's my Baby Daddy!" (don't ask me where that came from! )
21. She still loves her stuffed animals and has to sleep with Mickey, Minnie, Dolly and her Night Night every night.

22. She is a real girlie girl and loves bows, necklaces, bracelets and anything "cute" as she would say!

*I could probably go on forever..........

We Love You Miss Addie and are so glad you came to live at our house!!!

Just Some Randoms....

We have been having so much fun this summer, that I seem to be falling a bit behind on my blogging! We just got back a few weeks ago from our amazing cruise to Alaska (pictures to come) and have been enjoying visitor after visitor at our house! Hopefully when it quiets down a bit I will get a little more caught up!

Until then, enjoy these random beauties of Miss A enjoying life!

My most beautiful and gracious Grandma Linda passed away suddenly and it has left a huge hole in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.  She was supposed to out-live us all, but just as my cousin said, instead she out-loved us all. Thank you Grandma for the countless phone calls just to see how we are doing.  Thank you for being the most gracious hostess and cooking the most amazing meals.  Thank you for being our biggest fans and supporting us no matter what. Thank you for taking care of Gramps and showing us what unconditional love is.   Thank you for the endless books and sweet messages written inside for your dear great-grandbabies.  Thank you for your words of encouragement when life got hard. Thank you for the tight hugs and cheek pinches. But most of all thank you for being an earth angel and blessing all those who knew you, you were definitely taken to soon, but we all know you will be waiting at the gates of heaven with open arms and big hugs for us .  

We love you Grandma and will see you when the sun sets on our lives.
