First Smiles :)

{May 2011}
Boo Boo (as Miss A likes to call him) started really smiling at 4 weeks old.
*You may find most these pictures off center......just picture me behind the camera acting like a nerd trying to get him to smile, while Miss Addie is behind him wondering what in the world I am doing!
 Getting there.....
 there it is...
 Love that little cheeser
 and some more
 trying to grab the flash
 still trying...
 ok that's enough...
time for a nap!

So Tired.....

 May 2011

Apparently being a Big Sister can really tire a girl out!

And a couple of my favorite little man, just cause.....

Chicken Pox?...................

Looks like it doesn't it? Nope.....Miss A came down with a weird case of Folliculitis!
Ever heard of it?!? I hadn't either.
It looks an awful lot like Chicken Pox and even fooled her doctor until they wouldn't go away.  After having these spots for almost two weeks and getting more and more of them we took Addie back in and they said it was Folliculitis.  It's and inflammation of your hair follicles which results in pimple looking spots all over.  Apparently when you have eczema (which Miss A does), and she had broken out with some eczema on her right clavicle area, the more you take hot baths and use things like bubble bath you can just irritate the eczema more and more which can result in Folliculitis.  Needless to say poor Miss A is not allowed to use bath bubbles anymore!

First Outing....

On one of my first outings with both kids, I decided to run to Target to pick up some Pj's for Miss A and  few other things.  While we were there Addison decided to be a little stinker and took off running through Target without me.  I couldn't find her for a few minutes, and I definitely had an awesome Mom moment with me screaming her name in Target with my brand new baby in tow! Of course I found her in the toy aisle playing with all the babies!
After our little incident I decided these jammies were most fitting!
(look at that devious little face)
This little love of mine was a doll the whole time we were there. He of course slept through our entire outing, but I am pretty sure he shares mommy's love for Target :)
And since he was so good, he scored some baby essentials like new shoes and a killer new outfit.....definite essentials :)

Bath Time

It is definitely true that you are not as on top of things with your second kid.  This was not Grayson's first bath, he was about a month old in these pictures.
He loves his bath time and just sits and coos the whole time he is in there.
This is him listening intently to the water filling up the tub, he loves the sound of it.
 All yummy and clean
I have a picture of Addie just like this on the blog and they look like twins!

So Sweet.......

This has got to be one of my most favorite pictures ever!

I ran out to the store and came back to an oddly quiet house.  I went upstairs and found this, it seriously melted my heart! I am so blessed!

Mother's Day

 May 2011
Mother's Day was Grayson's first day at church, can ya tell he is excited...hahaha
We have early church so getting up and getting these two ready was a little rough (probably why I forgot to get a picture with them)
It was a good day....
Thanks for making me a mommy :)
